Charity Status 

FoHPED is a registered charity, and that is a wonderful thing! This has been a work in progress for quite some time and we are THRILLED that it has come to be. Having attained charity status means quite a bit for the school community. Read more about it below:

Donations

We are able to receive charitable donations from local and national companies.

Grants

FoHPED is eligible to apply to grant-making charitable trusts: most charitable trusts will give grants only to groups formally recognised as charities.

Payroll Giving & Gift Matching  

Parents and carers are able to make donations through Payroll Giving and Company Matched Giving schemes.

Gift Aid

We are eligible to apply for Gift Aid. The impact of Gift Aid, cannot be understated. Gift Aid is one of the simplest and most effective ways of making your donations go even further – every gift you receive can be worth more to us, and therefore the school, at no extra cost to the donor.
